Since her appearance at the dawn of 2013, Klo Pelgag has established herself as a sibylline breath of fresh air in the French-speaking musical landscape. The singer-songwriter becomes one of the most convincing and singular voices of her generation. Notre-dame-des-Sept-Douleurs, her third and most recent album, recounts an intrinsic journey that is sometimes suffocating, but powerfully emancipating and freeing. These songs belong to an unraveled universe and are probably the most limpid and personal work that the artist has offered, to date.
